It a was a ten goal thrilling encounter between the two sides.
Bayern Munich dominated both halves with a 4-1 score line each with braces from Thomas Mueller and Philippe Coutinho; one goal each from Ivan Perisic, Serge Gnabry, Joshua Kimmich and unstoppable Roberto Lewandowski. Barcelona earned an own goal from David Alaba early in the first half and Luis Suarez was the only Barcelona player to register a goal.
